Any return of goods must be ratified, in writing or by email, by Les Pierres de l'Oussia.

Books, tarot cards, oracles, boxes that have been opened and have no defects will not be taken back.

Incorrect delivery information: Packages returned to us for an address error not on the part of the customer, will only be reshipped if the customer pays the postage for this new shipment. The shipping costs will then depend on the current postage rates.

So take care to inform your delivery addresses (apartment number, street, postal code ...).

If the customer requests a refund, the latter will be made without postage.
